The learning goals for this class are two:
1.	Gain a comprehensive understanding of the lives and legacies of the 46 presidents of the United States, including unique cases like Grover Cleveland serving nonconsecutive terms.
2.	Explore and compare each president's background, childhood, education, favorite foods, hobbies, and post-presidential activities of each president to gain insight into their lives and historical significance.
3.	Given up familiarity with the presidential order and names through the engaging “president song” to aid in memorization and recall.
4.	Utilize multimedia resources such as slides, videos, and music to enhance the learning experience and make the study of history engaging and memorable.
5.	Encourage critical thinking and self-expression by comparing the president's preferences with their own and creating a personalized book of presidents to reinforce learning and foster creativity.
6.	Foster an appreciation for American history and the presidency, instilling a sense of curiosity and respect for the leaders who have shaped the nation.
