In this class students will learn that self-esteem and confidence are important components in being successful and happy throughout their lives. Students will learn ways to build their self-esteem and boost their confidence even during periods of time in which they may have failed or made mistakes. I have a Specialist in Education Degree with a major in Educational Psychology and Counselor Education. I have been teaching students as a school counselor for 13 years. I have taught many students on ways to help improve their self-esteem and confidence. I have also engaged with students in small groups to help students learn ways to interact with others, boost their self-esteem and achieve a growth mindset.
