In this engaging social skills class, students will learn how to read body language, use facial expressions effectively, and develop confidence in social settings! 🎭 What Will Students Learn? ✔️ How body language, eye contact, and gestures impact communication ✔️ Techniques to build self-esteem and reduce social anxiety ✔️ How to initiate and engage in conversations with ease ✔️ The power of tone, posture, and personal space in social interactions ✔️ Strategies to practice small talk and improve conversational flow 📚 Class Breakdown: 🔹 Class 1: Understanding facial expressions, posture, tone of voice, and personal space. Tips for boosting confidence and improving self-esteem. 🔹 Class 2: Recognizing verbal vs. nonverbal communication, sharing personal strengths, and learning practical ways to enhance social interactions. 💡 Important Notes: This is an instructional class with discussions, video critiques, and Q&A. While students will not practice live during the session, they’ll receive guidance on how to apply their skills in real-life situations after class.
