📚 Class Breakdown:
🔹 Class 1: Understanding facial expressions, posture, tone of voice, and personal space. Tips for boosting confidence and improving self-esteem.
🔹 Class 2: Recognizing verbal vs. nonverbal communication, sharing personal strengths, and learning practical ways to enhance social interactions.

This is an instructional class with discussions, video critiques, and Q&A. While students will not practice live during the session, they’ll receive guidance on how to apply their skills in real-life situations after class.
