Throughout the course, our goal is to provide valuable information and education on sports nutrition for teens. We will cover various topics such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, hydration, and the ATP system, among others. Our aim is to equip your teen with the knowledge and skills to make informed food choices and develop healthy eating habits.

Each week, your teen will receive a Google Drive link containing worksheets and handouts to supplement their studies. The class outline provides a breakdown of the topics covered each week, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of sports nutrition.
