Beginner Level
Planning The ability to select a goal and mentally map out the journey needed to get there. This involves both prioritizing, or deciding which tasks are important to focus on, and scheduling, which is dedicating time to each task. Class will include Strategies for planning and time management: The PLAN It Method The Pomodoro Method A review of various tools for planning and time management: Calendars To Do Lists Weekly Planners Student Dashboard Learners will be given a digital weekly planner and student dashboard. Other tools will be suggested as well.

This class is specifically designed to support learners who struggle with Executive Functioning Skills, whether due to neurodivergence or other causes. All learners are welcome.

Weekly Planner and Student Dashboard for Apple Numbers or Excel - free with enrollment
Calendars: Google, Apple, Outlook, and TickTick, all of which have a free version
Premium version of TickTick is $35/year per user (no family sharing at this time)
Other tools: Goblin Tools: Estimator and Magic ToDo are mentioned but not linked or used in class. Goblin Tools has a free website or a paid app with a one time fee of $2
