Executive Function and Social Skills Coaching (Private 1:1)

These personalized 1:1 sessions support kids in developing skills such as time management, task initiation, social skills, organization, emapthy, healthy boundaries and many more that will benefit them the rest of their life. While the sessions are excellent for kids who may be struggling in a specific area they are also perfect for those who understand that the skills covered in this class continue to grow the more they are practiced and utilized. 

Every child is unique, and so are their strengths and weaknesses; that is why we will work together as a team to develop a plan that is specific to your child to help ensure their success. It can be expected that learners will spend multiple weeks covering topics as this class is intended to give learners a deep dive into topics chosen to support them. 

Weekly sessions are designed to be quick and effective; we will cover wins and challenges each week and develop a strategy for the coming week. Class time will provide accountability, and the activities will vary from conversation to lessons to in-class activities relevant to the learner's current goals.

Note: 
It is strongly recommended that kids have completed Northern Lights Academy's - Executive Function 101 class (either group, 1:1 or Flex) to ensure they have a base understanding of the executive functions; if not, the first weeks will be spent introducing the concepts so we can best evaluate.
