Class Experience

This one time workshop will teach you how to make peanut butter dog cookies. While we will discuss basic cooking topics, our focus will be on creating peanut butter dog cookies for your pet.

This class will require some supervision when it is time to bake the cookies.

Ingredients needed: (I use organic)

Cookies
2.5 cups whole wheat flour (white flour also works)
1 large egg
1 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey

   For frosting:
   2 tablespoons peanut butter
   1 tablespoon honey
   1/3 cup cornstarch
   2-4 tablespoons hot water

         Rolling Pin
Dog treat cut out - anything you want. You can even make your own with light cardboard.
         Parchment paper (optional)
         Baking sheet
Piping bag or baggie for applying icing (optional)

We will work together step by step to mix the ingredients, cut them into treat shapes,
put them on trays and then you can bake them for your best furry friend.

Parents will be required to supervise the baking portion.
