In this one-time class, students will be introduced to the concept of division. We will begin by using virtual base ten blocks to represent a given number. Then, we will discuss how to decide how many groups we need. Students will learn the terms "dividend" and "divisor". Then, we will work together to put our dividend into equal groups.
