In this fun and engaging brick building class, students will show off their creative building skills while learning about vehicles, transportation, nature, buildings or tools and their uses. I taught several brick building sessions after-school and over the summer and would like to share what I learned with the students.
bricks, small baseplates (use whatever you have, big or small, but the small ones work great for the quick, small builds in this class) wheels and axels in case we need to build a car (if you have them. Cars can easily be built without wheels, and a little imagination).
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
