To participate in this class, you'll need the following materials: Baked small cakes (pre-baked (see above as recipes/videos will be provided or store-bought) Frosting and fillings (pre-made) Piping bags and tips Offset spatula or butter knife Fondant (optional, but we will be demonstrating some simple fondant work - course instructor will reach out with colours they will be working in) Food coloring (gel or liquid) Edible decorations (sprinkles, edible pearls, etc.) Various decorating tools (palette knife, fondant smoother, rolling pin, etc.) Please note that a list of materials is provided upon enrollment, giving you ample time to gather everything you need before the class. Parental Guidance
We will be using inventory and equipment where you may feel more comfortable supervising your young learners. Sharp knives, electrical appliances, hot stovetops, and ovens are all tools we employ. Please plan to remain (off-camera) with your learner to assist as needed, for the duration of our class.
