Class experience
Note taking is a very important skill for teens with ADHD or challenges with executive function and working memory. In this ongoing class students will learn and practice a wide variety of note taking strategies geared toward improving comprehension, working memory, and study skills. Each session will include a short presentation on a note taking skill, followed by an opportunity for the student to practice the skill of the day.
