They help us to acquire and retain information, and they are crucial to academic success. Developing your study skills can help you feel more in control of your studies, better organised and can help you meet new challenges as you progress through your degree. Stress is the number one enemy of effective study and feeling in control lessens stress. We look forward to being part of your learning journey!
