In this 1:1 course, students will develop a creative writing practice, learn a variety of literary elements, & workshop their original writing. Forms include poetry, prose, persuasive essay, metered verse, lyrics, short story, and speeches.

In this private class, students will have the opportunity to learn at their pace the elements of creative writing in a comprehensive and individualized setting. They will workshop any style piece of creative writing they are working on for a class, event, application, publication, or personal use. They will be able to ask questions, discuss their ideas/vision for the piece, and receive tips for organization, word choice, grammar, and tone.
