Class Experience
In this class, students will have to opportunity to share their original songs, compositions, and lyrics for encouragement, feedback, and support. Each class is different, and caters to your learners unique style, process, and questions they may have about songwriting. We can discuss topics such as song form, themes, musical motifs, development of concepts, verse writing, lyric edits, prepping to record/play with a band, and instrumentation. I am an enthusiastic teacher and passionate songwriter who loves supporting students through their musical endeavors! I am open minded and supportive of all styles of music and levels of composers. In music there is no wrong answer-- my goal is to support students in reaching their own vision & bring it to life! Students should have a basic musical aptitude, but do not need to be proficient on any instrument or in singing lessons to join. If you have a song, lyrics, beats, or composition to share, you are welcome here!
