Students will learn how to have a Healthy Lifestyle through learning Stretch's, Exercise, Recreational activity, and endurance with proper running drills.   
Proper Stretch and flex will be taught to strengthen muscle and prevent injury, benefitting the body and developing muscles.
All activity can be done without equipment but students should have comfortable workout clothes and comfortable running shoes.
Students should also have a space to be able to move around, and a water bottle for breaks.


I have taught Physical Education in the Private School Sector for 45 years and currently teaching at St Joseph School in Hawthorne, California where I am also the Boys/Girls Athletic Director. Classes are very basic and safety is number one concern for students. All teachers in My organization are certified and very well qualified with teaching/coaching experience.

Students will be actively participating in this class so they should have comfortable workout clothes (i.e. shorts, T Shirt) and comfortable athletic shoes. 
Students need to be in a open space to move during class activities. If they are outside they will need a towel or mat for Stretching.
Students need to have a water bottle for breaks during class.
