課堂經歷
In this one time course, learners will be participating in a yoga class with their dog! The class will begin with an introduction of ourselves and our pups. We will also discuss our focus topic of the day. We will follow-up our introductions by providing our dogs with a massage and add in light stretches for ourselves. Then, we will move into several unique yoga poses that will incorporate our dogs. We will end the class with Shavasana, or final relaxation. Before we leave, we will give...
In this class, learners will become well versed in yoga terminology and yoga poses. In addition, students will learn to follow instructions and provide teachings to their dog!
You will need: your dog, a yoga mat, and a tennis ball.

Students will need an open workout space, footwear is not required (socks or bare feet is fine), and a water bottle (optional). Injuries can occur if stretches or exercises are not done correctly. Students are advised to listen closely to the teacher's instructions.
