During After School Yoga Break, learners will find their yoga bodies by sitting comfortably and tall and participate in centering breathing exercises. Next, they will start to warm up by saying hello to the sun in sun salutations and other active warm ups. After they have warmed up, students will go on a Yoga Adventure and learn different yoga poses following the theme of the class. Students can bring their favorite stuffed animal (yoga buddy). Otherwise, no props are required.

Parents, kindly be advised that yoga is a physical activity and there are potential hazards (including, but not limited to, needing an open work space and preferably a water bottle).
