Students will be taught new yoga poses each week, while we bond with our furry pets, move our bodies and meet new friends from around the world. I will cover the basic poses of yoga and stretch exercises. I'm a light hearted, fun & friendly teacher. Learners will get to interact as much as we can throughout the entire class. This is a physically active class, where we welcome our pets to join us, while we move our bodies, practice yoga poses and meet new friends. I ask that you assess you learners ability to be able to participate in this yoga class, as well as to make sure that your pets that join us are safe around your learner to be able to practice yoga poses safely. You take full responsibility in your child's participation and will be present during the entire class.
