During this one-time class children will be taken on a yoga journey along side the story of a fairy that enjoys playing football and being herself as she is happy. Along the way we meet a few creatures that try and persuade the fairy she should behave in a certain way. We will learn how to relax our bodies into different Yoga positions and breathe to calm our bodies and be present in the moment.
