- Morning and bedtime routines – keeping them simple and fun.

Week 2: Creating & Following Routines
- Dividing tasks into small steps.
- Using visual and audio reminders (apps, alarms, sticky notes).
- Role-playing: Establishing a routine for school days.

Week 3: Making Choices & Decisions
- Understanding choices: Easy vs. difficult decisions.
- Learning to weigh options and make decisions.
- Social scenarios: Practicing decision-making in various situations.
- Game-based learning: What Would You Do? activity.

Week 4: Organizing Personal Space & Belongings
- Why is organization important?
- Step-by-step guide to organizing a school bag, desk, and bedroom.
- Sorting and categorizing activities.
- Fun challenge: Declutter & Organize My Space.

Week 5: Managing Time Effectively
- Introduction to time management.
- Understanding clocks, timers, and schedules.
- How to plan activities and set priorities.
- Interactive task: Creating a daily planner.

Week 6: Problem-Solving & Handling Changes in Routine
- What to do when plans change?
- Learning flexible thinking strategies.
- Role-playing common real-life situations.
- Fun activity: Plan B – Thinking of Other Options.

Week 7: Social Skills & Asking for Help
- Knowing when and how to seek assistance.
- Rehearsing communication under various situations.
- Developing self-confidence in interactions.
- Group task: Help Me Solve This!

Week 8: Bringing It All Together & Celebrating Progress
- Retrieving all skills acquired.
- Preparing a customized Life Skills Toolkit.

Learning Goals

1. Develop Daily Routines & Organization Skills – Children will learn to create and follow structured routines, manage their personal space, and stay organized in daily tasks.
2. Enhance Decision-Making & Problem-Solving Abilities – Students will practice making informed choices, adapting to changes, and handling real-life challenges with confidence.

This class is designed for kids with ADHD, Dyslexia and Autism. By using visual aids, hands-on activities & structured routines to support focus and learning. Each child learns at their own pace with lots of encouragement and flexibility
Parental Guidance
To support your child in this program: 1. Encourage consistency by reinforcing daily routines at home. 2. Practice decision-making by offering choices and discussing outcomes. 3. Promote independence by allowing your child to complete small tasks on their own. 4. Use visual aids like charts or planners to help with organization. 5. Celebrate progress with positive reinforcement and encouragement. Your involvement will help strengthen the skills learned in this course, empowering your child to become more independent and confident in daily life.
