**ADHD: Super-Powered Life Skills Lab** Welcome to a dynamic, interactive class designed to help learners harness their ADHD superpowers and build essential life skills. Each week, we explore a mix of activities that encourage confidence, empathy, and creativity while fostering practical strategies for personal growth. With engaging opening games, team challenges, and mindfulness exercises, every session offers fresh opportunities to develop key skills in a supportive, inclusive environment. Activities are thoughtfully rotated to keep class exciting and aligned with students’ needs. Whether we’re diving into role-playing games to build empathy or creating visual schedules to manage tasks, participants will leave each session with tools to empower their daily lives. Our sessions also include movement breaks to channel energy and end with affirmations to promote positivity and self-belief. In this class, we will: - Build confidence and imagination with fun opening game activities. - Practice active listening, turn-taking, and conversational skills. - Develop empathy and conflict resolution through role-playing games. - Explore mindfulness and relaxation strategies. - Learn to label and express emotions effectively. - Use timers and schedules to break tasks into manageable steps. - Solve problems through team challenges and storytelling. - Boost leadership skills by taking turns leading parts of the class. - Celebrate ADHD role models and their accomplishments. Whether your learner is discovering new ways to stay organized or building social skills through teamwork, this lab is a safe and exciting space for growth. Join us in turning ADHD into a superpower! Learning Goals
Learners will build confidence and imagination by engaging in interactive opening games that foster creativity and positive self-expression.
Learners will develop essential social skills, including active listening, turn-taking, and conflict resolution, through role-playing games and team challenges.

Parental Guidance
This class is not intended to provide therapy services. Our focus on emotions will be centered around recognizing and naming emotions, and discussing them in a general, age-appropriate way.

With a deep, personal connection to neurodivergence, they have dedicated their adult lives to studying and advocating for neurodivergent individuals. Through extensive self-guided research and specialized courses, Sarah and Meagan have gained expert-level knowledge in ADHD, autism, and affirming approaches, equipping them to create empowering, tailored learning experiences for every student.
