Every pose is thoughtfully chosen to promote focus, body awareness, and emotional resilience, encouraging self-regulation and confidence in your child.

This family-centered yoga practice fosters a supportive environment where you can reset together, enhancing connection and emotional resilience. Through mindful movement, precise alignment, and grounding breathwork, your child will experience a transformative practice, while the family bonds through shared mindfulness and emotional balance.

$65 for 4–6 family members
$10 per additional family member beyond 6

General Information: No prior yoga experience is required—this class is suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced before. Parental participation is encouraged, especially for younger children, to foster a shared experience and ensure safety during the session. Please ensure that all family members are free of any pre-existing medical conditions that could interfere with physical activity. Maximizing Your Experience: Yoga mats (or towels) are recommended for each family member to ensure comfort and stability. Optional props: blocks, straps, or blankets can enhance the practice by supporting alignment and comfort. Comfortable, loose clothing is ideal for ease of movement for both children and adults. Water bottles to stay hydrated during the session. Create a quiet, clutter-free space to practice, promoting a peaceful, distraction-free environment. Additional Considerations: If anyone in your family has specific medical or sensory needs, or if you require modifications, please inform me prior to class so I can adapt the session to meet your family’s unique requirements. Ensure that your practice area is safe, clear of obstacles, and spacious enough for everyone to move freely. Additional Notes for Parents: As this class is private and personalized, your family will receive tailored adjustments for each member’s needs—whether neurotypical or neurodivergent. She is currently completing a 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, specializing in supporting children with emotional regulation, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and other special needs. Izzy’s teaching is deeply rooted in the Iyengar tradition, focusing on precision, alignment, and clear instruction.
