>> Children don't need to have previous experience of mindfulness or positive mindset strategies. No background knowledge of the strategies is required in order for the children to succeed in this class.

>> This course is for all children as part of their Social-Emotional development, not just for children who find it difficult to deal with some emotions.

>>The purpose of the class discussions, questions, and examples is not to focus on the child's personal issues or experiences, but to provide a broader example. What could make a child angry at lunchtime?).

>> Please note that students can't engage in direct conversation sharing personal feelings and experiences related to their emotions. If you notice that your child's microphone is on, and they start sharing something like that, then we will have to mute them, and they can continue the conversation with you, if you chose so.
