                                      - visualisation;
                                      - What is "patience" and how it can help?;
                                      - fixed vs growth mindset;
                                      - pathways in your brain;

Day 3: "𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 - Bounce Back!"

                    *Strategies taught:
                                      - what is "mindset"?;

Day 4: "𝐅𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐥𝐢𝐩!" - 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
There are lots of different ways that he could react when we make mistakes. An important part of having a growth mindset is understanding that mistakes don’t have to be a bad thing. Mistakes are new opportunities that we can overcome and learn from.
                    *Strategies taught:
                                      - growth mindset vs fixed mindset;

                                      - mistakes can lead to inventions;
                                      - big vs small mistake?
                                      - the relationship between: thoughts, feelings, actions;
                                      - "flip the slip";

Humans, however, feel all sorts of emotions. We can train our brain to focus on the positives, rather than the bad in any daily situation.
