In this class, I will be showing students how they can sound out/decode most of the sounds in 30 very common sight words. These words are part of the first 100 Fry Sight Words. I will also include 2 bonus words that are very common, but not part of the first 100 Fry Sight Words. I will use "right brain strategies" to support learners with the "tricky" letters that are not making the correct sound. These strategies are helpful for learners that have dyslexia and/or are right brain learners. The class will include the following: 1. PDF's of the exact same words with the "right brain strategies" for you to print out and use as flashcards. 2. A second set of flashcards that have one of the two "right brain strategies" removed. 3. A third set of flashcards that don't have any right brain strategies. The words on these flashcards will look the same as they do in books. 4. Games to practice these words without the "right brain strategies."

It is also desinged to support learners with dyslexia.
