Class experience
In this 1-1 class, the learner will learn tools to help increase his/her self-esteem and self-confidence. He/she will learn how to transform negative into positive self-talk and how to use daily mirror talk to create love for themselves and others. Then the learner will be guided to honor his/her uniqueness and love who he/she is through discussion, drawing, writing, and meditation. I am a life coach for kids, and a children's book author. I wrote a book for kids on this subject, because I feel like kids don't get enough guidance on how to have self-love and increase self-esteem and confidence in schools. As a kid, I needed this guidance and it wasn't there. I want to help kids live the best life they can by teaching them skills that help them soar with confidence!
