Class experience
Students will learn a tool and/or a fact each week to help them increase their self-confidence and self-esteem. I will present visuals in a slide show and we will practice different techniques such as journaling, drawing, repeating affirmations, visualizing, and more. Week of 4/1 Students will learn the power of words and thoughts. We will practice transforming self-talk.
