US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 1
In this ongoing sight words course, students will practice 2 sights words per class. We will use a worksheet that will be uploaded into the Outschool classroom to trace, write, build, find, and use each word. First, we will introduce a word by tracing it. The students will then write it themselves as we practice how to spell it. The next step will be finding the word in a small word search. The last step for each word is to write it in a sentence. Hello! I hope to have you join me in my classroom! I have a degree in education and have taught first and second grade and high school English in a private school. For the last 8 years, I have homeschooled my own children, which included teaching each of them to read.
