Camera, tablet, or phone with a camera
Students need something to take photos with during the class and a digital option works best

Week 1: various household items of different colors
Week 2: foods from the kitchen
Week 3: toy, stuffed, or real animals
Week 4: toys
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Young photographers will need parental support for this course and may want to go outside to take photos. Most learners in this age group will also need assistance uploading photos and posting them in the classroom. An introductory video explains how grown-ups can assist their learners in photography class.
