In this one time course, students will review conversion for scientific notation and standard notation. Review strategies to rewrite through whiteboard.fi and apply to problems.

We will review strategies to convert numbers to scientific notation and to standard notation. If allowed, we will also review how to solve for in graphing calculator. Through whiteboard.fi we will review problems and I will provide immediate feedback if necessary to correct. After we go over examples, students will be provided some problems to practice (option to print). Students will receive link to whiteboard.fi where I can see them solve for the problems or students may also send their responses through Zoom Chat. For each problem student will be given time to solve and discuss answers. ** If there is time, we will engage in a class game for review. (Gimkit/Blooket) ** For students to demonstrate understanding, I will display in the Zoom poll an exit ticket. Badge: #academia
