Hi! This is a private session class for any student wanting to improve in their gymnastics, acro, or dance related field. Whether they want to work towards a specific skill or improve an entire area of their training or fitness, we will cover several aspects of their goals. This will include the best warm up, drills, exercises, and cool down for what they are working on. We will begin with some cardio, stretches, and related exercises for warm up. Then begin breaking down the students goals and figuring out what needs to be focused on. I will demonstrate most drills and exercises and give corrections and guidance as needed. We will cover topics the student chooses to focus on each class, varying to build on their fundamentals to reach their ultimate goals. Some examples of topics we can work on could be: General/personal fitness Skill specific training (any sport) Hand balancing Flexibility/Contortion Balance, Coordination, Mobility

Parental Guidance
Students should have plenty of space and padded flooring to perform skills, supervision from parents is recommended.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
