Gymnastics (Advanced Beginner/ Intermediate)
Class Experience
Students will be practicing intermediate skills. To be apart of this class you will have to have some prior experience with gymnastics , acrobatics or cheerleading/tumbling classes. Your gymnast will need an open place where they have lots of room to practice. They will also need to be on a mat, carpet or something soft for safety reasons. In this class we will start off by doing some cardio to get our heart rate up and our bodies warm to start our flexibility work. After some in depth...
- Please practice gymnastics in a safe space with no obstacles in the way. (coffee tables, breakable valuables, etc.) Also, provide a soft area (gymnastics mat, yoga mat, carpet) for your gymnast to practice on. Parental Guidance is strongly encouraged for each class.
