Beginner - Intermediate Level
Learners will be taught stretches for beginner to intermediate flexibility training, as well as some introductory contortion drills. We will cover specifically leg, shoulder, and back flexibility and include both passive and some active stretches. Each class will be similar, but not exact so they can still benefit from retaking it regularly. I will demonstrate each stretch and drill, as well as explain the benefits and what muscles we are engaging. This is a great class for those accustomed to stretching, as well as those with no flexibility training, but wanting to progress in it.

Students will be able to demonstrate stretches with good form and understand what muscle groups they are engaging.

Parental Guidance
Parental supervision for safety and students should have a padded, open space to complete the class in.
