Beginner - Intermediate Level
Learners will be taught stretches for beginner to intermediate flexibility training, as well as some introductory contortion drills for those physically ready. We will cover specifically leg, shoulder, and back flexibility and include both passive and some active stretches in EACH class for a whole body flexibility session. Each class will be similar, but not exact so they can still benefit from retaking it regularly. I will demonstrate each stretch and drill, as well as explain the benefits and what muscles we are engaging. This is a great class for those accustomed to stretching, as well as those with less flexibility training, but wanting to progress in it.

Parental Guidance
Parental supervision for safety and students should have a padded, open space to complete the class in.
Supply List
A yoga mat or gymnastics mat is preferred, but at least a carpeted floor for the students comfort.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
