Beginner - Intermediate Level
Learners will be taught stretches for beginner to intermediate flexibility training, as well as some introductory contortion drills for those physically ready. We will cover specifically leg, shoulder, and back flexibility and include both passive and some active stretches in EACH class for a whole body flexibility session. I have 15 years of experience in training and coaching competitive acrobatics, as well as education in Kinesiology and athletic training.
A yoga mat or gymnastics mat is preferred, but at least a carpeted floor for the students comfort.
Parental supervision for safety and students should have a padded, open space to complete the class in.
