**This private lesson if for families with two kids who would like the same class!** This class allows gymnasts of all levels to work on the skills they would like to master. Easy drills, helpful critiques, let's get those skills!

1-2 hours per week. Improving skills will take time outside of class, so gymnasts can work on their skills and get feedback during their next class!

Class Experience

This double student private lesson is very customizable and perfect for gymnasts of all skill levels! Using positive feedback and a building on previous skills, all gymnasts are sure to improve and upgrade their skills. 

Each lesson will start with a warmup and check in with the athlete, to assess what our goals for the day will be. We will then move into specific skill work. The gymnast can choose a skill to improve or work on. These can include but are not limited to: rolls, bridge, handstand, cartwheel one-arm cartwheel, roundoff, backbend, back walkover, front walkover, aerial, etc!

Please feel free to reach out with any questions! I am happy to work with families on a good class time or concerns about skills. 

**Please remember this is a sport and practicing can lead to injury. In my classes I do everything possible to limit these risks by warming up and moving through skills at a proper pace. Please note I am not personally responsible for any injury that occur during our outside of class time. **

Other Details

Parental Guidance
Depending on the child's age and skill level, parents are responsible for deciding if their child needs parental guidance during class time. For safety, please make sure all gymnasts have an open space to perform their skills on. It is recommended to have a yoga mat or gymnastics mat for padding during class. Please remember this is a sport and practicing can lead to injury. In my classes I do everything possible to limit these risks by warming up and moving through skills at a proper pace. Please note I am not personally responsible for any injury that occur during our outside of class time.

Hi I'm coach Addie! After doing gymnastics for over 14 years, I decided to retire from competitive level 9 because of intense training & injury. Through all these years I have really learned what gymnastics is all about, and the best ways to train. I have taught gymnastics classes since I retired and also 3 sports camps. I am also continuing to grow my knowledge in sports through going to school for a maters in exercise science! I am so excited you're here and can't wait to meet you in class!
