Class Experience

The goal of this class is to learn what affirmations are, how to say them and how to use our breathing to encourage peace and positivity.
Both days will have a homework assignment for the student to teach the parent the breathing exercise we learn in class (there will be one new breathing technique per day)
The bonus homework is to create a positive affirmation index card.
A pen and paper to write affirmations
We will go over affirmations in class
1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Parents are encouraged to say affirmations with the child outside of class time. I recommend before bed time and upon waking for the day.
Please have your child ready to be on camera and willing to participate with the class- we will be doing a lot of "how does that make you feel?" and "what do you think about ____" in class so student participation is required.

I love teaching yoga to all ages, as well as meditation and breath work.
I have a 2 year old and a wonderful husband. Any time not spent with them I am usually teaching or practicing yoga or playing with my sound bowls!
