In this ongoing one-on-one class, students will learn tools to help them increase their confidence level and feel more positive about their abilities.
Class experience
Each week students will learn a tool and/or a fact that will help them increase their self-confidence and self-esteem. I will present visuals in a slide show and we will practice different techniques such as journaling, drawing, repeating affirmations, visualizing and more.
