This multi-day class is dedicated to playing with play dough while practicing our shapes! We will meet weekly on Saturday mornings. The schedule is listed below: Week 1 (March 20th): Square Week 2 (March 27th): Circle Week 3 (April 3rd): Triangle Week 4 (April 10th): Rectangle Week 5 (April 17th): Review of all shapes and wrap up This will be a very hands on class, as play dough is required for each lesson. We will practice taking turns speaking, as well as practicing our fine motor skills...
4 files available upon enrollmentA work mat for each shape will be uploaded to the class homepage- please print these At least 4 colors of any kind of dough- this can be play dough, homemade, etc. (Play dough contains gluten and cannot be used by students who are Celiac or have a gluten intolerance.) Not necessary, but bring if you have- play dough tools such as rolling pin, play dough knife/scissors
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
If your learner is bringing a play dough tool such as a knife or scissors, parental guidance is required.
