Class Structure: Welcome and Introductions Basic Ballet Warm-Up and Technique: Plié, Tendu, Relevé, Temp Lié, Arabesque, Passé Stretching Sharing the story and videos of The Nutcracker Ballet Learn a dance from the ballet Silly Game! Cool down and Reverence
