This one-time class is a great way to get our wiggles out, and remember how much we love our families and friends. No experience or special equipment required - just come ready to have some fun! As with all physical activity, there is potential for injury, so learners should have adult supervision. No dance shoes or special attire is required, but please wear stretchy, comfortable clothing, and find a space large enough for a full range of motion. You may want to provide a water bottle.
