The learners are encouraged, but not required, to post requests and before and after photos in the classroom. For your child's safety, these will only be able to be viewed by registered learners.Class Experience
This is class is structured to help with individual stretching and strengthening goals. This is a SAFE, positive, encouraging way to help the dancers and athletes reach their goals without pushing them to the danger of overstretching their ligaments and tendons. The learners will be guided by a professional dance teacher to reach their specific needs. Class Structure: - Welcome and Sharing of Goals - Cardio Warm Up to Prepare the Muscles - Strengthening Exercises - Stretching Exercises - Cool Down

Parental Guidance
In any physical activity, there is potential for injury. Learners are encouraged to "listen to their own bodies" to stop the stretch at a challenging, but not painful level. Parental supervision is recommended.
Supply List
Please wear stretchy clothing that does not impede movement, with long hair pulled back from the face. A yoga mat and water bottle are encouraged, but not required.
