5 live meetings
4 hrs 35 mins in-class hoursHomework
4+ hours per week. Completed and submitted (optional) homework will be reviewed, graded and returned with feedback. All homework sheets will be posted in Classroom for learners to select which tasks they would most benefit from working on outside of class. Homework submitted to me after the boot camp class has finished will still be graded and returned to the learner with feedback.Assignments
The powerpoint slides for each boot camp class will be posted for learners to look over and participate in activities they have enjoyed and found most useful.Mastery Evaluation
Quizzes will be available after each class for learners to complete. Scores will be reviewed and points for improvement will be fed back to the learner with cited sources.Grading
Percentage given with highlighted errors and areas for improvement fed back to learners with cited resources for them to work on if they so choose.Class Experience
I love making Math easy, accessible and fun! I'll show examples, invited learners to share what they already know, address common misconceptions while taking questions and then move the class onto working on a group activity together, a worksheet or an interactive game. Learners will be able to work together on questions and in teams and have plenty of fun along the way!
