Memorizing multiplication facts can be boring and even with a lot of effort, some just can't seem to memorize all of them. In this Multiplication Boot Camp, learners are shown ways to solve multiplication facts 0-12 quick and easy while having fun. This is an interactive, fast paced course where learners are introduced to a variety of tricks and ways to figure out multiplication facts from 0-12. Learners master the multiplication facts for good. Mastering multiplication facts lays the groundwork for understanding more complicated equations and concepts learners will encounter as they advance through school. Getting a handle on multiplication facts now will divert struggling when they start to tackle division, fractions and problems with larger numbers. Multiplication Facts Boot Camp is great for learners who are able to add and subtract 1, 2, & 3-digit problems, have some existing knowledge of how to skip count and have tried to memorize the multiplication facts but haven't quite mastered facts from 0-12 just yet. This course is also appropriate for learners who just want to learn others ways of learning multiplication facts or want to have a fun math class. For instructional purposes, cameras and mics must be in working condition and on at all times throughout the duration of each lesson. No calculators for this course. *** Parent NOTE: When enrolling your learner, please be sure to check out the Supply List below and have your learner bring a dry erase white board, markers [dark], eraser and any worksheets posted in the classroom to the first class [and each class thereafter] so they're ready to work. Learners should eat, drink and go to the bathroom before class begins so they can remain in class at their computer the entire time.

Being an educator for forty + years, I've taught all subjects to students K-8 which included math classes at all levels. I've taught special needs students and designed full curriculum for K-12 students. In addition, I have taught students online for seven years. When I was a young student, I thought I didn't like math because any thing above addition and subtraction seemed a little hard for me. The truth was, I didn't understand the fundamentals of math operations, even though I could calculate and get the right answers every time when adding or subtracting. This is why I am so passionate about learners understanding the concept and relationship to numbers and operations, because once they understand that, learners can build on the basic fundamentals taught and excel in Math and really begin to love it as I do now.
