Class Experience

Goals of this course would be to have fun and learn all of the white belt skills being taught to be able to move on to our yellow belt class.
I am a 4th degree Black Belt in Shaolin Kempo Karate. I have been training in martial arts for the past 20 years and have been teaching it for the last 12 years. Everything I teach I do online and/or in person on a daily basis.
Homework would be to practice all of the skills taught during class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
20 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Parental guidance is suggested but not mandatory. Some of the skills we will learn may cause a student to lose balance and we would like to ensure the safety of all of our students. Please make sure you have an open space to move around in and a water bottle to stay hydrated. A soft floor is recommended as there will be ground fighting positions, push-ups, and sit-ups.
