Class Experience

Might for Right! The most important goal for this class is for students to learn Mixed Martial Arts skills and work hard and have fun doing it!
Over 37 years experience training and teaching Mixed Martial Arts. 
Continued practice is encouraged after course is completed.
Please make sure proper workout attire (t-shirt and shorts) is worn. Socks are not recommended as they may cause the child to slip. Make sure that students have an area clear of obstructions so they can safely practice kicks, punches and ground techniques.
Students are encouraged to demonstrate the techniques learned in class. 
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Parents should observe all classes to be aware of techniques being taught. I encourage parents to practice techniques with students outside of class. Please make sure proper workout attire (t-shirt and shorts) is worn. Socks are not recommended as they may cause the child to slip.
