Letter Identification and Early Reader Tutoring

For this one on one tutoring course I offer letter identification practice for pre-reading students so they may begin kindergarten/1st grade with foundational skills for reading. We will work on two letters per session.

US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 1

This tutoring class will cover and introduction to letter identification in English. We will practice letter names, sounds and writing of capital and lower case letters.

Learning Goals

Students will improve their knowledge of the English alphabet and foundational reading skills.

Learning Needs

This class can be adjust to not only meet individual student needs, but also their preferences. If you child has a topic they are particularly interested in please let me know so I can incorporate it into their instruction.

Pre-Requisites

Students will either need experience using Outschool and Zoom, or they will need parent support to log in for this class.

Supply List

Students should come to each session with a piece of paper and something to write with.
