Class Experience

In this ongoing weekly class, we will meet once per week to explore a letter of the Alphabet and to create imaginative and exciting masterpieces featuring our letter of the week.

We will explore the Alphabet from A to Z and create our own original artworks featuring our letter of the week, along with some items associated with that letter.

We will create each drawing using my easy to follow, step by step drawing techniques and of course, Learners are welcome to draw at their own pace .

My teaching style is fun, engaging and supportive. I welcome budding beginner Artists to my class and I allow Learners the freedom to explore their own artistic ideas.

This class is perfect for young Artists and English language learners who would like to explore the English language in a friendly, fun and artistic environment.

Learners are welcome to stay for all 26 letters of the Alphabet or to join class on weeks when we will be drawing items which they particularly want to draw.

I am a TESOL certified Teacher and Visual Artist from Australia with over five years of experience teaching privately, in schools and online. Throughout my career I have worked with students from all over the world and I have enjoyed developing my skills while working with learners from many different age groups and nationalities.

I began my teaching journey after studying Visual Art at Adelaide College of the Arts, providing arts and crafts workshops to adolescents in my hometown and teaching life drawing at a local art studio.
While living in Spain I taught arts and crafts workshops in Summer camps and in primary schools which enabled me to bridge language barriers with a variety of creative activities.
Throughout my time teaching I also exhibited my artwork in galleries around Spain.

As an Art Teacher I aim to create a fun and supportive environment for all of my students, a place where they can feel free to express themselves creatively and most importantly, where there is no such thing as a mistake!
