Alphabuddy Alphabet and Phonics Class

In this class for PreK or Kindergarten learners, we will work on alphabet knowledge and beginning phonics. 

This is a 3 day a week class where we will use playful games, activities, movement, songs and visuals to work on alphabet knowledge like: 
-letter names, 
-uppercase and lowercase letters
- knowledge that letters make up words 
- matching letter names to the letter in print 
- writing letters 
- connecting letters with their common sounds 
- beginning letter activities 

week 1-  We will work on the letters a, m, s and t
week 2-  We will work on p,f,i, and n. with letter formation work
week 3- We will work on Beginning VC and CVC words with a and i
week 4: -  We will work on o,d,c,u, g, b,d and e


We can also add beginning phonemic awareness activities such as rhyming, segmenting, syllables and more as learners progress.
