This club is designed to keep students up and moving. During class students will stretch, complete an intense kid friendly work out and also reflect on their workout. Students will develop weekly goals that will be monitored .

Class Experience

Students will learn how to live healthy lifestyles.
Students will be required to keep a fitness log.
Students will need an open place to workout a pen and paper
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Students will be physically active and need an open space to workout.
